Barracudas offers flexibility for parents

Know you need childcare, but not 100% sure of the dates yet?

You can book with Barracudas and secure our lowest prices of the year in January, safe in the knowledge that you change your dates around later on.

Changing dates at Barracudas

We're parents too and know things can change. That's why we give you the option to change your dates, within the same season, up to 14 days before they're due to join us at camp.

If you know that you'll need school holiday activities for your kids this year, but aren't yet sure of the specific days or weeks you'll need, you can still book with confidence.

As long as we still have availability on the alternative *days/weeks, we'll happily swap your dates. 

This means that you won't miss out financially if things change. If there is a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you'll just need to top up the difference.

*We can swap full weeks to alternative full weeks and full days for alternative full days.

Benefits to booking early

The best part is, you'll be guaranteed to get a bargain. Get our lowest rates and save up to £79 a week if you book by 31st January! With these rates, you can keep them entertained and safe in the school holidays for as little as £4.24 an hour!

You can secure your spot with our minimum deposit. Just pay £15 per child per day or £50 per child per week now and pay the rest by our balance due date.

Not only that, but you can also choose to pay in interest-free monthly instalments with our Easy Payment Plan. Just select EPP when you book online and we'll automatically debit your card  each month. The earlier you book, the longer you have to spread the cost, so lower your monthly payments will be. You can even select the option for us to contact you before we debit your account each month. What could be easier?

As Barracudas is Ofsted registered, you can even pay with Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers, so you might not even notice the cost.

Additional reassurance with Flex

If you want additional reassurance, you can add our Flex booking option. For just an extra £4 per day, you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp for that week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice.
