That’s why we offer our Easy Payment Plan (EPP) – a flexible, interest-free option designed to help families spread the cost of our camps over manageable monthly instalments.

Flexible instalments: Divide the cost of your child’s camp booking into smaller, interest-free monthly payments.

No hidden fees: Enjoy peace of mind with a straightforward payment plan – no interest or extra charges.

Easy setup: Simply select the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) option at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest.

• Secure your booking with a small deposit: Low deposits of just £25 for a full week and £10 single days (increasing to £50 for a full week and £15 for single days from 31st December, 2024)
• Select EPP at checkout: Just tick the box ‘Setup a monthly interest free instalment plan’ to benefit from interest-free monthly instalments
• Monthly payments: Evenly distributed monthly payments will automatically be taken on the 1st working day of each month
• Final balances: Any remaining balances will be taken on the balance due date for the season booked

To show just how manageable our Easy Payment Plan is, here’s an example of how it might work for you.

If you booked a full week of fun at summer for one child, this is how your payment would work:

• Early Booking Offer for a summer week: £199
• Low deposit paid: £25 at the time of booking
• Monthly payment: £21.75 on the 1st of each month from December to July (8 monthly payments)

• Early Booking offers: Reduced rates for early bookings (lowest rates guaranteed until 31st January)
• Low deposits: Reduced deposits until 31st December (secure your spot with a deposit at any time)
• Easy Payment Plans: Interest-free monthly payments
• Pay with Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers: Save an extra 20% using Tax-Free childcare
• Protect your booking with Flex: For just £4 a day, you can protect your booking against changes or cancellations
• Money back guarantee: Added reassurance for first time bookers

Here are our final balance due dates for each season in 2025:

February half term: 3rd February 2025

• Easter: 3rd March 2025
• May half term: 1st May 2025
• Summer: 1st July 2025
• October half term: 1st October 2025
