Booking with Barracudas multi-activity day camps couldn't be simpler! You can either book online by registering/logging in or click to find your venue to start the process, or give our customer service team a call on 01480 467 567.
We have a number of different payment options. You can either pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare online or over the phone. If you book early you can pay a deposit and the remainder at a later stage. You can also spread the cost of your booking over several months with our interest free Easy Payment Plan (EPP). NB: We don't accept American Express., Paypal or cheque.
Yes. The prices and dates for our activity camps are released in November and from this point up until the balance due date you can secure your booking with a deposit. After the balance due dates bookings will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Yes! You can spread the cost of your booking over several months with our interest free Easy Payment Plan (EPP). You just need to secure your booking with a deposit then you can spread the cost with equal monthly payments up to the balance due date. You can select this option when booking online, or with our team over the phone.
We'll debit your card on the first working day of each month, with the final payment on the following dates:
Feb: 3rd February 2025
Easter: 3rd March 2025
May: 1st May 2025
Summer: 1st July 2025
October: 1st October 2025

Yes. You can use childcare vouchers as full or part payment. You can either book online and select this option or notify us over the phone. Either way your booking will save on our system for 10 days until we receive your childcare vouchers. After this date, if we haven't received payment for your booking it will be automatically removed.
However, if you are booking within 7 days of the booking start date you will be required to pay by a credit/debit card at the time of booking and then be reimbursed once we receive your childcare vouchers. For reimbursement for February, Easter, May and summer camps, Childcare Vouchers/Tax-Free childcare must be received by the end of September 2025 and for October camps by end of October 2025.
If you receive childcare vouchers through a company not listed here or its through your employer run voucher scheme please contact us on 01480 467567 and we'll be able to guide you through the process.

Yes, you can pay in part or in full with Tax Free childcare. You can select the option to pay by Tax-Free childcare online where you must enter your long reference number (usually 4 initials followed by 5 digits and ending in TFC e.g. BBAR12345TFC). Alternatively, let us know when you book by phone. Please note you will need to have your reference to hand when making a booking.
Like Childcare Voucher payments, the booking will save on our system for 10 days. If we haven't received the minimum payment for your booking by this time, the booking will be automatically removed.
If you are booking within 7 days of the booking start date you will need to make the full payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking which we will reimburse you once we receive the Tax Free Childcare payment. For reimbursement for February, Easter, May and summer camps, Childcare Vouchers/Tax Free childcare must be received by the end of September 2025 and for October camps by end of October 2025.

We know plans can change and that’s why we offer you a choice of flexibility with your booking. You can book one of two products; a Flex or Non-Flex option. Please choose the right level of flexibility for you.
If you book our Flex option (just £4 per day) you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp for that week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice. In order to process a refund, please complete a refund request form with a few further details and email -
Please note, with our non-Flex option, you can still change dates (within the same season) up to 14 days before your child is due to attend, but the booking cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. If there is a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you will be required to pay the additional amount.

We understand that your childcare plans can change and that’s why we offer our Flex and Non-Flex booking options. If you want complete flexibility to change your booking later, our Flex option would be best suited to you. This allows you to amend your booking up to the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in the week plus, allows for amendments or a refund due to illness.
With our Non-Flex option, you can still change dates (within the same season) up to 14 days before your child is due to attend (subject to availability), but the booking cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

After you've made your booking you'll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details attached. Please make sure you check your invoice and let us know right away if anything is incorrect. Responsibility for all booking details lies with the person who made the booking.
Before your child comes to camp there are a few pre-arrival forms to complete. We can't accept any child on camp without an Essential Information form. This must be completed by 12pm Friday the week before they’re due to attend. To complete this you need to login to your Barracudas account and access the form under the 'Bookings' tab.
You can also access this from our parent app, available on Android and iOS. Just search ‘Barracudas Activity Day Camp’ and log in with your online account details.
