Does your child love smart tech? They'll love getting their teeth into Micro Bit coding!

A fantastic 3-day course delivered by the experts at Blueshift Coding. Designed and led by industry leaders within the coding education field, providing the latest technologies and teaching practices.

Throughout the course of the week the children will learn and understand how to code creatively, from making wearable tech such as a smart watch, designing a virtual pet and creating secret messages.

It will be a fun-filled course which will provide them with a chance to design and implement their designs with friends!

With a maximum group size of 12 children, they'll love developing new skills and making friends!

For children aged 8 - 14 years

Registration: 9.15am - 9.30am 

Collection: 4.30pm     

If you need extra flexibility you can also book on to our Early and Late Clubs from 8am to 6pm.

SEE TONBRIDGE ACTIVITY CAMP

On this course children will learn how to use the BBC Micro:bit, a programable computer, small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. A range of robotics and physical computing projects will be presented, which they'll solve using a variety of coding, electrical, and craft skills. Children will typically work in groups, and have to think creatively about how to use materials provided (household objects such as cardboard and tinfoil) to build their robotic creations.
