Excellent Staff

Our exceptional camp staff are all required to have an enhanced level of DBS qualification. Over 70% of our staff are nearly or fully qualified teaching professionals or specialist instructors.

We require them to have further qualifications to be able to lead specialist skills courses such as archery, motorsports, swimming, and inflatables.

Along with being professionally qualified for the role, they also come with a huge amount of enthusiasm and passion for the job. Many of them returning to us year after year.
