What do they think about our activity camps?

Barracudas is proud to have been the UK’s number one activity day camp for over 30 years!

With a long history of entertaining kids in the school holidays, we always aim to provide the best experience for bookers as well as children at our Easter camps, summer camps and half term clubs.

It’s our promise to give kids such an amazing experience they can’t wait to come back and work hard deliver on our promise each season, at every camp.

We also put a lot of effort into delivering a rewarding and easy customer experience and we’re pleased to receive positive feedback from parents, year after year.

Parent surveys

After each camp season, we send a short survey to our bookers, so we can make sure we’re on track.

This summer over 2k parents completed our survey and we were thrilled to get positive feedback.

96% of respondents said they had a positive first impression of camp. 92% thought the activities at Barracudas were excellent or good and 93% were more than pleased with the facilities available at their venue. 91% of parents had really positive feedback of our staff.

We asked our parents how likely they would be to recommend us to a friend, on a scale of 1-10. We were thrilled that the average score was 8.5. We were also really pleased that 90% said they’d book with us again.

"October half term is the first time we used Barracudas. The booking process was straight forward, I could use childcare vouchers and staff answered queries promptly and efficiently via email. My two boys (8 and 5) attended Long Road, Cambridge for two days. They were a bit nervous but they appeared to have settled in quickly and they have had a great time! They are active boys and have been kept very busy without a screen in sight. They both enjoyed being able to choose the activities which they participated in and they have made new friends. They were both keen to return on the second day and they want to go again for a third day but aren’t booked in!! This is very positive for us and we will definitely be using again - thank you!"
