It’s been another great year here at Barracudas and it’s amazing to hear such wonderful feedback from you and the children too!
As a company we’re committed to giving every child such an amazing experience, they can’t wait to come back. As part of this commitment we ask all you to fill out a short survey at the end of camp to let us know about your experience. We are delighted that over 3000 parents shared their thoughts with us this year.
Here’s what they said:
First Impressions of Camp
We’re thrilled to hear that 97% of you had an excellent or good impression of camp when they first arrived.
We know that attending an activity day camp for the first time can be a scary experience, that’s why we strive to provide a warm welcome to everyone that arrives. Parents should feel that their children are in safe hands and children should be excited about their day on camp.
Range of Activities
97% of you said that our range of activities at camp were either excellent or good.
We provide over 80 activities for our camps to choose from. We also give each of our children a choice every session which sets us aside from our competitors. From sporty activities to more creative ones, we have a range of activities to suit every child.
Outstanding Staff
97% must be our lucky number as 97% of you said rated our staff either excellent or good!
And this showed in our Ofsted results this summer with 8 of our camps being rated Outstanding and 5 being rated Good! Parents should feel comfortable that they are leaving their children in safe hands, which is why all of our staff are DBS checked and have relevant qualifications for the role.
Worth Recommending
It’s great to hear that 93% of you would recommend us to a friend or family member!
This is good news as it means you have the confidence to recommend us to your friends and family. And to say thank you, we have our recommend a friend scheme which gives you and your friend money off your next booking.
We’ve loved hearing all of your comments from this season and we just want to say thank you for filling out the survey. The surveys are a great reassurance to us as they show we’re on the right track and are still delivering an excellent service.
Although we hate reading negative feedback, we appreciate this too as it helps us improve and continue to develop.
