It's been a strange year so far with Coronavirus scuppering many summer plans. After homeschooling and lots of time spent at home, kids are crying out for new things to do.

Pinecone Pineapples
For a tropical fruity craft, why not try making these cute Pinecone Pineapples? Perfect for using up the leftovers of Autumn and transforming them into an exotic decoration for the summer! To make this, you will need: pinecones, yellow acrylic paint, green paper, scissors and glue.
Cupcake Case Ice Cream Cones
If you’re looking for a bright, colourful way to decorate some thank you cards or party invitations, then try this crafty activity with your kids. This is a really simple make, and is a great way to use up some leftover cupcake cases, but looks great as a sweet treat for all your friends. You will need: coloured cupcake cases, coloured pens, brown paper, brown paint, white card and glue. Find out how.
Shell and Pipe Cleaner Crabs
For kids missing the beach this summer, why not make use of some old seaside finds and turn them into these funky crab decorations? Using big shells or small, you can transform the memories of holidays past into some new crafty memories to keep forever! If you want to try your hand at an even simpler craft, then it’s time to get messy with this finger painting craft!
