There are great reasons to book your child's school holiday activities with us for 2024 now. We've been giving kids an amazing experience in the school holidays for over 30 years and we're looking forward to another year of fun at camp. There are plenty of reasons to book with us now:

Early booking rates

You can get our great rates by booking now! Working out to be from as little as £4.24 an hour, you can be sure you’ll be getting a bargain by getting in early. Not only that but you can secure your child’s place at camp with low deposit rates. You can guarantee their spot for just £15 a day or £50 a week.

Pay with Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free childcare

You can use Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare as full or part payment for your child’s Barracudas booking. We’re set up with all the main Childcare Voucher providers and will happily look into setting up any that aren't already on our list.

Flex booking options available

We understand that your holiday and childcare plans can change right up until the last minute. That’s why we offer our Flex booking option. If you want complete flexibility to change your booking, our Flex option is for you. For just £4 per day, our Flex option means you can amend your booking right up to the last working day before your child is due to attend in any given week. Plus, Flex allows for amendments or a refund to be made if your child is ill and cannot attend.

Barracudas offers flexible dates

It makes sense to get in early at Barracudas. We understand that your plans might not be set in stone just yet and that things can change with children so we'll happily change your dates up to 14 days before they start camp (subject to availability). With non-Flex bookings, if there's a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you will just need to pay the additional amount.

Spread the cost with interest-free payments

Our Easy Payment Plan (EPP) allows you to pay in instalments right up to our balance due date. Once you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll take monthly interest-free payments automatically. Whilst Easter is almost upon us, this will really help with your summer holiday club bookings! Just pay the deposit, then spread the costs up to the summer balance due date on 1st July. The earlier you book, the less you’ll need to pay each month. You can even use Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free childcare to make these payments.

Money back guarantee for first time bookers

We offer a no-quibble Money Back Guarantee if you’re booking a child into Barracudas for the first time. We’re sure they’ll have a great time, but to put your mind at rest, we promise to refund your booking - all of it - if they don’t!

Official approval

Barracudas camps are registered with Ofsted. Our camps are regularly visited by the officials from Ofsted and we’ve got a great track record! Barracudas has been rated Outstanding more times than any of our competitors. Since the ratings changed in 2021 from Outstanding to Requires Improvement to a more simplified ‘Met’ or ‘Not Met’ all of our camps that have been visited have been rated ‘Met’. Of course, it’s all about their experience. It’s all well and good getting prepared early, but you’ll want to know that they’ll have an amazing experience when the time comes. Barracudas has over 80 activities for children. These are based on our ACTIVE motto and carefully selected to suit the different interests of the children who come to our camps.

Unlike other providers, Barracudas offers a choice for EVERY session. With 6 sessions a day, that's maximum chance for fun. From specialist activities such as fencing and Motorsports (age-appropriate options for 4 ½ - 6 year olds - not available at half terms) through to team sports, water fun, drama and arts & crafts, there’s something for everyone.
