Meet the Business team!
What's your role at Barracudas?
Donna: Office Manager, worked at Barracudas since December 2012.
Rachel: Director, working in the Business Team across a variety of areas; HR, legal, IT development, Health & Safety and office processes and systems. I've worked here a long time!
Beth: Office Administrator, worked at Barracudas since December 2022.
What does the Business team do?
Within the Business Team we cover areas such as HR, People, Payroll, Insurance, Legal, Health & Safety, Premises, Vehicles and IT. The team also provide general support to the wider Barracudas team.
What do you enjoy most about working for Barracudas?
Donna: I love being involved in the whole HR process from recruitment, onboarding and seeing staff develop within their role.
Rachel: I enjoy the variety of the work and the challenges that brings! The people are also a big part of making it a fun place to be.
Beth: I really enjoy the variety of the job, no 2 days are ever the same and priorities are always changing.
