Safer and quicker registration and more!
We’re making things safer, easier and quicker for you with our new parent app!
With contactless check in and handy pre-camp information, registration will be smooth as silk and you can now access your booking information on the go.
New for 2021
Our brand new Barracudas Parent app provides you with easy access to check your bookings, complete your child’s Essential Information form, get directions to the camp, find your contactless registration details plus a handy pre camp checklist!
The app is now available on Android and iOS. Just search ‘Barracudas Activity Day Camp’. You can log into the app using the same email address and password as your online account.
A quicker registration and collection
Not only will registration be quicker but also more secure with our paperless check in.
Once you’ve downloaded the app you’ll have a QR code to use for a contactless registration. You'll find this when you click on 'view booking details' for your booking. When you arrive at camp in the morning our team will scan the code to register your child.
We’ll store all the information about your child electronically. This includes your child’s Essential Information form (which we need to be able to accept all children on to camp) which you’ll no longer need to print off to hand in to us. Less paper and less fuss, perfect for your busy morning!
At the end of the day, we’ll simply scan the QR code to record your child leaving camp. So safe, so simple!
Don't worry if you haven't downloaded the app; you'll receive an email from us with your QR code the week before your child is due at camp.
Handy information at your fingertips
Not only does our new app streamline the registration and collection process, it also gives you access to key information whenever you need it.
Available on your phone you can now access useful information wherever you are and whenever you need to. The Barracudas parent app gives you access to your booking details, so you can coordinate your diary and make plans on the go.
The app will also help you prepare ahead of camp. Last minute panic about what to bring to camp? No problem, our handy pre camp checklist is available at the touch of a button so you can be sure you’re camp ready. Not sure about your journey? Get directions to camp on the app and plan your timings.
COVID-19 Secure
The Barracudas parent app will make for a better parent experience and will also support our COVID-19 Secure Camps policy. With contactless registration and collection we’ll be better able to keep our camps safe for you and your children. This is just part of our wider policies to provide inherently safer camps.
