Affordable holiday club options

Barracudas have offered amazing experiences in the school holidays for over 30 years.

We're confident that we provide great value for money, with 80+ activities with choice guaranteed, high quality staff, fantastic facilities and official approval from Ofsted.

We appreciate that affordability is a key concern for parents and are pleased to offer a number ways to make payments manageable.

Minimum deposit 

You can secure your holiday childcare at Barracudas with our minimum deposit rates. Confirm your booking with just £50 a week or £15 a day and pay no more until our balances are due (3rd July for summer and 2nd October for October half term).

Recommend a Friend offer

We appreciate the power of word of mouth and reward you for encouraging your friends to join us. You'll earn a £20 credit for every new customer you introduce to us. Your friend will also benefit from £20 off their first booking with us based on your recommendation. The great news is that this is unlimited, so if you introduced 5 new bookers, you'd get £100 credit!

Tax-Free childcare

As Barracudas is Ofsted registered we can accept Tax-Free childcare. If you sign up, the government will give you 20% for every pound you pay into your account. If you pay £100 in, the government will pay in £20. 

We realise it's not straightforward using Tax-Free childcare. We've created a handy guide for parents to help with the process.

Childcare Vouchers

We're also set up with all Childcare Voucher providers. Whilst companies can no longer offer this to new employees, if you have an account you can use childcare vouchers as full or part payment. Plus, if you book early and your provider can accommodate it you can pay monthly childcare voucher instalments to us, helping you spread the cost.

Multi day discounts

Not only do we offer preferential rates for full week bookings, we also provide discounts for multiple days booked within a season. Each day for each child you book in with us on one booking are counted. 

You can get £2 off per day when you book 10+ days, £3 off per day when you book 15+ days and £4 off per day when you book 20+ days. Remember, each child is counted for each day.

Flex booking option

Not 100% sure of your plans? Our affordable Flex booking option gives you the security of a refund if you were to cancel your booking for any reason. This also covers you for cancelling camp due to illness. We know plans and kids can be unpredictable so our Flex option means you won't loose out if things change.
