It can be a bit nerve wracking booking your first activity day camp. We’re parents too and understand it can be a big step booking your child/ren into an activity camp for the first time.

Barracudas has been running for over 30 years now and, whilst we don’t want to brag, are confident that we offer an amazing experience at our holiday clubs. With over 80 activities on offer to suit every child’s interests we’ve got it all. There’s always something they’ll enjoy at Barracudas. 

Barracudas activities are carefully planned with our ACTIVE motto and to be appropriate for the developmental stages of each age group. So, whenever they start coming, they’ll always want to come back!

Of course, we could tell you all the amazing things about Barracudas. We can show you all the wonderful Trustpilot reviews we’ve had from happy parents as well as our parent survey results and Ofsted ratings but understand you might still feel a bit nervous about booking. Afterall, this is YOUR child.

Reassurance for 1st time bookers

Our Money Back Guarantee means that if they don’t settle and Barracudas isn’t for them, you won’t be out of pocket.

If they don’t love it after the first day just let us know and we'll try even harder to help them settle on their next day. If your child still doesn't think we're great after the second day, we can offer you our Money Back Guarantee as long as this is your child's first visit to Barracudas. Not only that, but we’ll also offer them a free day at Barracudas Activity Day Camps the following year to try again!

All you need to do is call us by lunchtime after the first or second day they attended and we’ll refund your booking in full. This Money Back Guarantee is a genuine offer that applies to all children who come to Barracudas for the first time.

No matter how much we try to reassure you that your child will settle in, we appreciate that this can be a concern. We want you to be able to book your child's first holiday at Barracudas, safe in the knowledge that if it’s not be right for them at this time, you won’t lose out financially.
