Daily timetable at your fingertips!
Your activity camp experience isn’t just about the amazing time you're giving your kids. We understand how important it is to make parent’s lives as easy as possible.
In 2021 we were ahead of the game, introducing our contactless registration and collection procedures and handy parent app. Now we’re delighted to reveal new developments that’ll give even more benefits to our bookers.
Ahead of the curve
Barracudas is committed to innovation and communication. These are 2 of our 6 company values and are always at front of mind (the others are personal development, teamwork, professionalism and fun).
In light of COVID we wanted to make sure we were operating at the highest levels of safety and security. We introduced contactless registration with QR codes which parents were emailed with their booking confirmations and could also access from our new parent app.
These innovations also meant that we are better for the environment. With essential forms now online, this significantly reduces paper consumption and we’ve also eliminated the need for registration and collection fobs.
New for 2022!
We’re excited about our latest parent app development. We know how important knowing what your child gets up to at camp is. We display large timetables in the registration area at each camp so parents can see what their child will be doing and what choices they’ll have each day. Now we can also deliver each child’s timetable directly in our parent app!
Sharing is caring
We always confirm our activity schedules for each group on the morning of camp. Due to the unpredictable nature of external factors, such as the Great British weather, we don’t pre-publish what’s on offer as this may well change.
Now you can get the specific timetable for your child on the day when they're at camp right at your fingertips. If you download our parent app, this will be viewable from the main menu. If you have more than one child joining us, you’ll be able to see the specific timetables for each of them by scrolling down.
It’s good to talk
We know that children can instantly ‘forget’ what they’ve done in their day. It’s a sure thing that they’ll have had an amazing experience at Barracudas, choosing from a varied range of fun activities.
We understand it’s important for parents to be able to discuss their child’s day at camp with them but after a full on day, their memories may be hazy! By delivering the individual daily timetables via our parent app, you can talk through their day and choices at camp.

Parents lives are busy, with tonnes of information to keep on top of. Barracudas parent app gives you instant access to key information, easily accessible from your phone.
You'll get access to booking details, Essential Information forms, directions to camp, a handy camp checklist as well as your child’s individual QR code to check in safely and securely, and now the daily timetable. Really, what’s not to love?!
