New Activities for 2021

The Cube: Take it to the max with Barracudas Cube! A series of 5 challenges that will test you and your teammates to the limits both mentally and physically. Choose a challenge, select a player, then start the clock. Have you got what it takes to beat Barracudas Cube?

Mission Impossible: As a secret agent you will take part in a mission to rescue Billy Barracuda. In just 40 minutes, you’ll need to crack a series of codes to find Billy before it’s too late! Using a map, you’ll navigate to different control points and memorise codes to take back to your team at the rendez-vous point. Once all codes have been translated, you’lll discover where Billy’s being held. Teams of agents will compete against each other to be the first to complete the mission and set Billy free! Top secret! Classified!

Circus Spectacular: Roll up, roll up, come alive and try out your circus skills at the famous Barracudas arena! Diablo, stilts, spinning plates, clowning around and pedal-go’s all available for you to have a go. Open your eyes and experience all of the fun of the circus! Spectacular skills to suit every age group, filling them with wonder.

Stop Motion: Lights, camera, action! Bring out their inner filmmaker with this exciting new activity. Their creative juices will flow whilst they also develop their tech skills. Using cameras to capture the action and manipulate their chosen characters and materials, they’ll create their own masterpieces and get an insight into how their favourite animated films are made. From the drawing board to a fully edited film, let their imaginations run wild!

Feel Good Yoga: And relaaax! This mindful session will balance their bodies and their minds. Developing breathing techniques, awareness of their physical space and most importantly to let go and have fun. Yoga activities are carefully developed for each age group. Early Years will be telling a story through yoga poses, whilst the 7-10 year olds will go on a Barracudas style adventure and 11+ kids will focus on how they feel. They’ll learn valuable skills for life in these sessions.

A great opportunity for football fanatics to train with the professionals! They’ll not only hone their skills and techniques but also progress character and general development with a mix of practical sessions and workshops. Over the week-long course, kids will get to immerse themselves in the world of football with a carefully planned structure led by Palace for Life and West Ham United Foundation coaches all within the trusted Barracudas framework. Available to girls and boys aged 7-12 years old.
